How to look and feel your best?
WEAR A SMILE
Start every day with a smile and get it over with. Your captivating smile will greet everyone, anytime and anywhere. Everytime you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing.
BE YOURSELF
You must carry yourself well because you were handmade by God. There's no way to fake yourself. It is more fulfilling, when someones love you for who you are and not by who they want you to be.
TAKE CARE OF YOUR APPEARANCE
Love always starts at physical attraction so you must take care of your appearance and your health as well. Cut back on the sugar and drink plenty of water. Have daily exercise and get enough sleep. Eat vegetables and avoid snacks.
BE PERCEPTIVE AND POSITIVE
These days, it's an edge to be on the loop, to be informed and updated. It is an advantage to know how to read and interpret the signs of times. But don't just be perceptive; sometimes when there are some negative feedbacks about you, it is imperative that you remain positive. Take that as a challenge and improve yourself to be better.

Prayer really works. You can talk to God of what is inside of your head. You can tell him how much you love him,how awesome he is and thank him for rescuing you at all hard times. You will know that Jesus always ready to listen and respond to you.

Have you ever find your Romeo?
I could still remember during our vacation in Manila, i usually go out with my friends. One time at the mall, i was fascinated with the new trends of fashion that i didn't notice that my friends were about to leave so i hurriedly go out the boutique and suddenly i bump a guy who was totally gorgeous and even looks like a celebrity. Oh my! his the man of every girl's dream.. at that moment, how i wish the time would stop so i could have a chance to stare at him as long as i wanted, but unfortunately it was just my illusion. I told him i am sorry and he just smile back at me. That captivating smile i wouldn't forget that even when we went home i am still thinking of that stranger...my Romeo!.
The next day, i am with my bestfriend and we are chatting about our childhood friends and we even searched their names at the friendster ,by then i was astonished of what i have seen..guess what? who could have thought that my Romeo is my childhood classmate. My heart beats so fast,my cheeks were blushing. That night, i was thinking does he remember me that's why he smiles at me or he is just typically a nice guy? Gosh, if i just knew before that he is my former classmate then i would take away my pride and told him that we were good friends before...
After a week, i was surprised when i read a message from him at friendster. This is it,this is really is it! we became friends again, we became textmates until i fell in love with him but like Romeo and Juliet, i think we will never had a happy ending.The saddest part of venture has about to come,the part where we need to say goodbye. He told me their family were going to Canada because of their business and they will be staying there for about years.I feel i am totally lost without him but then he chose to break my heart.
Until now, i don't have any news about him but i know we'll see each other again. I really want to see him bacause i miss him but there are times when i don't want to see him because everytime i do,the fact that he don't see me the way that i see him hurts me even more.

WhAt aBoUt LiFe?
Why can't people just live their lives alone by minding their own businesses?
All of us have encountered obstacles, but whenever i get tired of these non stop jitters about what's going to happen next, i just look back at better times, the glorious and happy chapter of my life when all that mattered to me were vacations, drinking escapades with friends, party and etc. but it feels bad that are lives are bounded with a lot of responsibilities and things were getting really hard for me especially when people your expecting to help you were not around in times of your need, that's why they say "you should never really expect other to e happy for you, as they are too busy protecting their own turf".
On the other hand, i realize that the true meaning of life is about fighting, trying, winning, losing but still standing proudly to show everyone your power and will to survive.
Sometimes we experience a life that is too terrible but there is no such life as that, maybe the reason why we see our life as this, is we don't really appreciate the good things happening to us, or we are just too focused on the bad things overpowering our will to be brave and hope for better tomorrow but i know that the time will come that we would be at last happy and we must thank God for a life full of trials because he made us a better person and i thanked him that in the darkess moment of my life, he brightens my mind.
